Winter Movement: Staying Active

Staying active in the winter is important. This is especially true as we age. Research tells us that 2 weeks of physical inactivity can cause significant loss of muscle mass & function. It can also increase risk of falls & injury. Adding indoor exercises during the winter can help you take care of your body in the cold months.
